Each morning at 2:00am our bakers begin their day by creating the dough for a wide variety of breads, bagels, and sweets, so each morning you can start your day with a little hyggelig!

We bake from scratch throughout the day, using only the finest natural ingredients. All of our breads are at least 97% fat free, and we never add preservatives.
